Abstract

The Financial Services sector has been greatly impacted by the fast-paced development of
Financial technology (FinTech) and Digital Marketing innovations, which have enhanced
Digital access, Customer Engagement, and Financial Participation. FinTech platforms have
increasingly adopted Digital Marketing strategies that have been instrumental in the adoption
of Digital Financial Services and promotion of Financial Inclusion to various population
segments in India. The study titled “Digital Marketing of FinTech Platforms and Its Impact on
Financial Inclusion and Economic Sustainability in India” focuses on the impact of FinTech
Marketing Strategies on Financial Inclusion and Economic sustainability in India.
The study is based on a conceptual framework that considers Digital Marketing and FinTech
adoption as major drivers of Financial Inclusion, which subsequently contributes to
Sustainable Economic Development. The user of different FinTech platforms was used to
collect primary data, while Regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between
Digital Marketing Effectiveness, FinTech usage, Financial Inclusion, customer adoption
factors, issues, and Economic Sustainability outcomes.
The results indicate that FinTech platforms' Digital Marketing efforts have a strong impact on
Digital Financial Services awareness, adoption and use by customers. The study also finds that
Digital Financial Inclusion has a positive correlation with Sustainable Economic Outcomes ,
suggesting that greater access to Digital Financial Services can lead to better Economic
participation and Financial empowerment. The convenience, accessibility, promotional
communication, usefulness, and customer trust were identified as key adoption factors for
FinTech Usage and Customer Engagement. Challenges, however, persist on the effectiveness
of Digital Financial Services due to concerns about cyber security, digital illiteracy, and
distrust for some groups of users.
Through this study, it has been suggested that digital marketing along with financial technology
which is user friendly can significantly contribute to the Financial Inclusion and Sustainable
Economic Growth in India. The results help add to the expanding body of work related to
